Fitness has always played a major role in my life.
Through sport and fitness I have made wonderful friends, covered thousands of miles in many countries on my bicycle and had a lot of fun.
I reached a crossroads whilst in my early 50’s and decided to see if I could forge a career out of my passion, leaving behind the corporate world. Luck was with me, as I’ve matured, so has my business. It has taken me on the most wonderful journey, one I could never have anticipated nor imagined. Byfleet Pilates is the natural Next Step.
Each day I learn more about how wonderful human body is and am in awe of it’s infinite potential. I continue to study and learn, completing courses and attending workshops and conferences to increase my knowledge up to date and improve your Pilates experience. Keeping up to date with the latest information on things like Osteoporosis, Spinal Pathology and Surgery is key to making sure I am guiding you to the best movement, within my clinical practice. My most recent course on ‘Anatomy in Movement’ with Natural Bodies has brought an new dimension to my own practice and movement. One I hope is helping my clients to understand their own bodies better as we continue to grow and develop together.
