I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine, at last, we really need it this year.

As the weather warms up, we can get back outside and enjoy walking, cycling and playing with our children and grandchildren.

Often we forget that this too is exercise. Very enjoyable exercise at that. It’s good for the spirit, the mind and the body. We have spent so long in isolation over the past few months.

If you are struggling to keep up with the youngsters, getting up and down from the floor you may want to consider Pilates to help you become stronger and fitter to regain your balance and confidence. Enabling you to enjoy the small pleasures life has to offer.

I will leave you with that thought, I am off to walk the dog in the sunshine, hopefully say ‘Hello” to a few strangers and listen to the bird song.
